Terms of Service

The service

The service analyses your product, builds a marketing strategy, produces content, publishes it on the channels you authorise and measures the results. The permission mode you choose decides what happens automatically; in "Ask every time" mode nothing is published without your approval.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account.
• You must be over 18.
• You must hold the rights to the accounts you connect and the material you upload.
• If you confirm that the people photos in your app are AI-generated or licensed, you are responsible for that statement being true.

Your content

Material you upload and content generated on your behalf belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and publish it on the channels you authorise, solely to provide the service. You can withdraw that licence by deleting your account.

What we will never do

• Generate fake reviews, fake users, bought followers or artificial engagement.
• Sign in with passwords or browser automation; we use official APIs only.
• Remove the AI content label.
• Keep ads running after the 15-minute spend check finds that the cap you set has been reached.

Unacceptable use

• Illegal, deceptive or hateful products and content, or content infringing third-party rights.
• Requests that violate connected platform rules (spam, misleading claims, prohibited categories).
• Reverse engineering the service, overloading it, or connecting accounts you are not authorised to use.

Fees

Subscription and credit prices are shown at purchase and charged through Stripe. Subscriptions run to the end of the paid period and do not renew after cancellation. Used credits are not refundable. Taxes are added according to your country.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular number of downloads, followers, ranking or revenue. Platforms may change their rules and APIs or restrict accounts. We apply account-safety rules, but no service can eliminate platform enforcement entirely.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, lost reputation or lost data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account for breach of these terms, payment problems or legal requirements. You may close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
