Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: 2026-10-12
You can delete your account, your projects and your data yourself at any time in the dashboard.
In the dashboard
To delete a project: "My projects" in the side menu → "Settings" on the project's card → in the "Delete project" box, type the project name and press "Permanently delete project". To delete your whole account: "Settings" under "Account" in the side menu → in the "Delete account" box, type your email address and press "Permanently delete my account". The moment you confirm, the project or account is closed and all running work stops; the data is permanently deleted within a few minutes. We email you when your account has been deleted.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write "data deletion" to privacy@tirelessmarketer.com from your account email address. After verifying your identity we delete everything within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account, projects, product brief, brand kit and goals.
- All generated content, videos and metrics.
- Our access to your connected social and store accounts (including the connections at our publishing provider) and your GitHub connection.
- AI call traces for your projects and personal data inside error logs.
What remains
Invoice and payment records we are legally required to keep remain for the statutory period. Content already published on a platform is subject to that platform's rules; you can remove it there yourself.
